Description
MARCGESIC TABLET
OVERVIEW
Marcgesic tablet consist of Orphenadrine citrate 35mg and Paracetamol 450mg. The two active ingredients work together to deliver a quick impact with sustained action. Orphenadrine citrate is a skeletal muscle relaxant. It has central nervous system effects that have the effect of relaxing muscles. Orphenadrine eases muscle stiffness, pain, and discomfort. It has anticholinergic properties and has the potential to act centrally at the brain stem.
Paracetamol is used to treat or prevent pain and reduce fever. Paracetamol has analgesic and antipyretic properties. By blocking prostaglandins or other substances that sensitize pain receptors, paracetamol produces analgesia. The hypothalamic heat-regulating center’s influence on the antipyretic action may increase the body’s ability to dissipate heat through vasodilation and sweating.
Marcgesic tablet is used to treat tension headaches and headaches caused by spasms of the muscles in the back of your head and neck.
